創問中國教練中心（www.y3w8.com），是一家專注于培養教練和傳播教練文化的社群型組織，成立于2013年，總部位于上海，深圳為分中心，在北京、成都、大連、鄭州、加拿大、西班牙等全球多個城市均有合作伙伴機構。創問攜手TNM國際教練機構、U Lab、國際教練聯合會（ICF），整合全球最高端的教練資源，為組織與個人提供教練培訓和服務。

Founded in 2013, CCCoach is a community organization which specializing in coaching training and spreading coaching culture in organization. Headquartered in Shanghai, and Shenzhen is our sub-center, and with partner institutions in Beijing, Chengdu, Dalian and other cities across mainland China. CCCoach is the exclusive partner of TNM International Coach Union, Offering ICF ACTP-level program , and as U Lab's Strategic partners in China, leading U Theory's application in organizations.

自成立8年以來，創問累計培養了近千名專業進化教練，逾百名純凈教練，認證了百位4C團隊教練，近50位ICF專業級教練（PCC），舉辦學習型沙龍上千場，百余場《與教練對話》公益課，近7萬人參與到創問主辦的與教練相關的學習當中。

In the past 8 years, CCCoach has trained more than 1,000 certified evolutionary coaches ,and nearly 50 of them became ICF professional certified coaches (PCC). With the vision to spread Coaching culture in China, we organized thousands of coaching-related learning activities，reaching nearly 70,000 participants。
